Can You Stream With 2 Upload?

Possible to stream with 2MB upload?

Hi, is it possible to stream with 2MB upload. I have a R9 390, 16 GB of ram, and an 8 core processor. Would I beable to stream atleast 720p? I don't want to go lower than that. (Don't currently take 2 MB upload just wondering if I should upgrade my cyberspace)

I've managed to stream at 1500kbps with a 2mbps upload on 720p at 45 fps before. Information technology's not the best quality but looks adept enough. Ping definitely won't exist that high. I see only between 5 to xv ping increment and no spikes or bundle loss. Of class that could be more than subjective depending on the Isp.

Yeah.Yous can stream ,I even Stream with 1mb, but the settings that I apply are resolution 1280x720(downgrade if the game is graphically intense) Bitrate is 700 or 650 and the buffer size is chiliad and the sound is maximum 96. It may not be ultra 4k full hd just its watchable,like standard 480p video!
